Returns + Exchanges

We can offer exchanges and/or store credit for any size or fit issues or if the item simply wasn’t to your liking. 

If you are unhappy with your order, you can send us an email and we can offer you an exchange. You can follow the steps below, and once we receive the package we will send out the item you have selected for an exchange right away.


1. Please request store credit return or exchange by emailing within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your full name, order number and which item/s you would like to refund/exchange.

2. We can only accept returns on items in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or scents. 

3. You have 10 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark and return your item.

5. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the return/exchange. So we recommend using a tracked method of shipping.

If the item is faulty or we have accidentally sent the wrong item. We will gladly cover any shipping and handling charges to return any faulty items and will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Please email us as at as soon as you receive the faulty item so we can start the return process. 

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return/exchange to be fully processed. Once the return/exchange has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way.
Any items purchased that are on sale or marked final sale are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
